But just when he thinks life can’t get any better, he falls for a woman who beats him at his own game.

This book is very well written, and a lot of fun to read but don’t be mistaken – you will learn a lot of good techniques reading this book!

Well you don’t have to worry; there are still plenty of techniques we can teach you and we can almost guarantee you, that in time it will feel just as comfortable approaching new people as washing your hands.

Ok so what can you do if you still feel uncomfortable, and we’ll like to point out that this technique can be used in all aspects of your personal life. The exercise is to put words on your feelings and familiarize you with them. Let’s say you get that annoying felling in your stomach when you are about to approach the girl of your dreams, just stop for a minute – maybe go to the bar and get a beer, and start thinking about what that feeling is about and put a word on it. What you’re felling is most likely fear of rejection and that’s perfectly normal, the important thing is that now you have a clear name for it.

Now you’re probably thinking how does this help me? We know you might think this sounds stupid at first, so did we, but here goes – When you can identify certain feelings it’s actually possible to project them away from you by using this simple exercise – next time you get that feeling you just look at your hand and say to yourself, hey I know this feeling it’s the fear of rejection, close your hand and act like you’re throwing that feeling away.

This exercise can be very helpful in all aspects of life, just think about all the bad feelings in life that can drive a man crazy – Jealousy, anxiety, anger the list goes on.

We all know ( or at least a lot of us do )  that unpleasant gut feeling when we see a pretty girl and we really want to talk to her but have a hard time building up the nerve to go talk to her, and when we finally do, it feels like we just swallowed our tongue, wouldn’t it be nice if we could eradicate that feeling and just go talk to her, like we’ve  known her for years?

Ok, let’s have a look on why we feel like we do, and how we can become a master at approaching new people. I might as well start by telling you that mastering this technique don’t come overnight, it takes time and you must be willing to face your own fears.

The first thing to do is start paying close attention to how you behave when you are around people you either love of have a close relationship with, for example how to you behave when you’re hanging out with your friends, and just as important how do you feel inside. This behavior and feeling is what you need to imitate, when you’re trying to make a connection with a person you just meet. What happens when you do this is you remove that psychologically barrier there is between you, and you slowly start bonding, this is also referred to as brain syncing, a subject we will talk much more about later on.

Another important thing to remember when you’re trying to make a connection with a new person is that it’s normal to feel nervous, most people do. One of the main reasons you feel nervous is the fear of rejection, that people don’t like your personality and might think less of you. The best way to overcome this is fairly simple, you must always keep in mind that it doesn’t matter what other people think about you, the single most important thing is that you feel good about yourself. The great thing about this mindset is that if you feel good about yourself you will send out a positive energy, and this energy will help you when it comes to bonding.
